While the LA Kings are making roster moves, the Ontario Reign and Greenville Swamp Rabbits are making moves of their own.

On Tuesday afternoon, the Swamp Rabbits announced that goaltender Jacob Ingham and defenseman Tyler Inamoto have been assigned to the club by the Reign. Ingham, 23, missed all of last season with a back injury and will look to have more of a healthy season this year. With Erik Portillo and the possibility of David Rittich being the tandem in Ontario, there was no playing time available for him. This move allows him to continue developing and getting that playing time in the ECHL with Greenville.

For Inamoto, the left-handed shooting defenseman will return for his second season with the ECHL club. With the Reign having plenty of depth on the left side of the blue line, there was no room for Inamoto to crack a spot on the roster. If any injuries or call-ups occur I would expect the Reign to call him up.

The Reign season starts this Friday, October 13th and the Swamp Rabbits start theirs on October 21st.
